Mary T. Ricketts is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in training, coaching, and leadership development. As the Chief Executive Officer of Turning Point Training & Development LLC since 2019, Mary leads a dynamic team focused on helping organizations achieve their goals through comprehensive training and curriculum across more than 130 topics. In addition to this role, Mary serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Kansas City Kansas Community College and is a Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach with Maxwell Leadership. Previous positions include CEO of Wealth-ON-Purpose, Senior Insurance Advisor at CFG Wealth Management, and Insurance Agent at Bankers Life and Casualty Company.
