Aaron Phipps

Aaron Phipps has extensive work experience in various roles at different companies. Aaron is currently working as a Support Manager at Relativity since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Coach/Team Manager at Kansas City Scott Gallagher starting from July 2013.

Before joining Kansas City Scott Gallagher, Aaron worked at Cerner Corporation for a long period, starting in June 2002. Aaron held various roles during their tenure, including Senior Support Manager, Support Manager, Senior Support Team Lead, Senior Technical Solution Analyst, and Technical Solution Analyst.

In their roles at Cerner Corporation, Aaron was responsible for leading incident management and support operations for various applications and technical platforms, managing a team of associates across multiple countries. Aaron also played a key role in driving core key performance indicators and managing problem management.

Additionally, Aaron led several projects, including consolidating audit processes and tools, transitioning the ticketing system, and converting knowledge base articles. Aaron was also involved in creating internal work instructions and conducting audits for Cerner Support Services.

Aaron Phipps attended Kansas State University from 1998 to 2002, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems. Aaron obtained their ITIL 4 Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in November 2020. In August 2008, they received their F Coaching License from the U.S. Soccer Federation. Additionally, they obtained their SafeSport certification from the U.S. Center for SafeSport in June 2022.
