Public Affairs and Communications

The Public Affairs and Communications team at KDOT is responsible for managing external communications and promoting the agency's initiatives to the public and stakeholders. They handle media relations, provide information on transportation safety and traffic updates, and oversee public engagement through social media and community outreach efforts. Additionally, they address KORA requests and collaborate on economic development efforts to enhance Kansas's transportation infrastructure.
