Amy Deckard

Amy Deckard has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Amy is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer at the Kansas Office of Judicial Administration since March 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at the Kansas Legislative Research Department. These roles include Assistant Director for Fiscal Affairs from November 2019 to March 2023, Assistant Director for Information Management from August 2011 to March 2023, Information Systems Manager from December 2009 to August 2011, Senior Fiscal Analyst from June 2005 to December 2009, and Fiscal Analyst from September 2002 to June 2005. Before joining the Legislative Research Department, Amy worked at the Office of the State Bank Commissioner. Their roles here include Public Service Administrator from May 2002 to September 2002, Management Analyst from April 2001 to May 2002, Research Analyst from May 2000 to April 2001, and Accounting Specialist from August 1999 to May 2000.

Amy Deckard completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Pittsburg State University from 1995 to 1999. Amy then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus in Finance, General from the University of Kansas - Graduate School of Business from 1999 to 2001.
