Leadership Coach at Kansas Leadership Center

Brittany Crabtree is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, communications, and community service. Currently serving as the Executive Director of the Missouri Community Service Commission at the Missouri Department of Economic Development, Brittany manages a $26 million AmeriCorps grant portfolio while engaging a Governor-appointed Commission. Brittany has also contributed as a Leadership Coach at the Kansas Leadership Center since 2014, guiding individuals through community challenges. Previous roles include Director of Communications and Special Projects at Topeka Collegiate, where Brittany successfully launched a capital campaign raising $3.2 million, and Deputy Communications Director in the Office of Governor Laura Kelly. Brittany's earlier experience encompasses strategic roles at Kansas Volunteer Commission and LeadingAge Kansas, as well as serving in state-level communications under Governors Sebelius and Brownback. Educationally, Brittany holds a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from Wichita State University.
