Darryl Kelly Jr is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and business partnerships. Currently serving as the Director of Business Partnerships at the Kansas Leadership Center since January 2024, Darryl previously held the position of Assistant Vice President Information Systems Development Project Manager at Equity Bank, where oversight of a team and full-cycle project management for enterprise initiatives were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes directing multimillion-dollar projects at the Credit Union of America and serving as a Communication, Computer Systems Project Manager in the United States Air Force, managing critical IT initiatives. Darryl holds a Master of Science in Management (Project Management) from Colorado Technical University, a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communications from Old Dominion University, and an Associate of Science in Information Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
