Patty Clark is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community relations and public service. Currently serving as the Community Relations Manager at the Kansas Leadership Center since August 2016, Patty acts as a vital liaison between Kansas communities and the center's programs. Previously, Patty held the position of State Director at USDA Rural Development since July 2009 and served as the Director of Operations at the Kansas Leadership Center from April 2007 to August 2009. Patty's background also includes a role as Deputy Secretary with the Kansas Department of Commerce from April 2003 to April 2007, where management of operations, budget, and administration was a primary focus, alongside serving as a legislative liaison. Patty's educational foundation was established at Kansas State University, where studies occurred from 1970 to 1974.
