Les Lauber

Les Lauber is a Professional Development Manager at the Kansas Public Employees Retirement System, with experience in various educational and training roles spanning over a decade. Previously served as a University Lecturer at Emporia State University, providing English language classes at Hebei North University, and held positions as Training Lead at DXC Technology, Public Speaking & Debate Coach and English Lecturer at Zhejiang Normal University, and Trainer at the Kansas Department of Administration. Additional roles include Communications Lead for the State of Kansas Sunflower Project and Instructor & Program Manager at the University of Kansas Public Management Center. Les Lauber holds a Master of Science in Adult Learning and Leadership and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in the same field at Kansas State University.
