Marina Marmut

Marina Marmut is a Professional Development Manager at NPower since August 2021, bringing extensive experience from a 22-year tenure at the American Management Association, where the role of Director of Operation Enterprise was undertaken until March 2020. During this period, Marina significantly redefined the strategy for the Operation Enterprise youth leadership program, increasing student participation from 100 to over 15,000 graduates annually. Additionally, Marina managed multiple council groups comprising around 250 C-level executives and organized semi-annual meetings for senior practitioners to discuss economic trends. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in Education and Foreign Languages (French/English) from Rostov-on-Don Teacher's Training University in Russia.
