Ilene Sims

Ilene Sims is an experienced chaplain currently serving at Faith Home Health & Hospice since May 2019 and KUMC since June 2013, specializing in loss and grief facilitation. Prior roles include Chaplain and Bereavement & Volunteer Coordinator at Encompass Home Health & Hospice from December 2015 to May 2019 and receptionist/tour coordinator at Kansas Speedway. Ilene is also the CEO and founder of Essentials Keys Aromatherapy, where leadership has been ongoing since April 2004. Educational qualifications include a degree in Human Resource Management from Friends University and certification as a facilitator in loss and grief from Glendale Adventist Hospital.
