Dr Nicki Morley

Dr. Nicki Morley currently serves as the Head of Behavioural Science and Innovation Expertise for Insights UK at Kantar since April 2021, following a role as Lead Insights Innovation Consultant in the UK team and the Sustainable Transformation Practice since February 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Research Director at Kantar TNS UK from October 2017 to April 2021 and as Head of Innovation at Brand Dynamics Ltd in 2017. Dr. Morley spent over twelve years at Unilever, holding positions such as Consumer Marketing Insights Director and Consumer Research Manager. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology from the University of Plymouth, complemented by education at Bournemouth Grammar School for Girls.
