Serena Chaiban

Serena Chaiban is an experienced professional in research and insights, currently serving as a Client Director at Kantar since October 2024. Previously, Serena held the position of Research and Insights Director at Right Formula, where leadership in expanding the department and enhancing operational efficiency was a key focus. Serena also established the Research Department at Right Formula as Research and Insights Manager.
