Will Readhead

Will Readhead currently serves as the COO and Business Manager at Kantar since February 2022. Prior to this role, Will held various leadership positions, including Company Director at Synergiste Consulting and Program Director at Deutsche Bank within the Legal IT division. Additional experience includes serving as Global Business Manager for Legal COO at HSBC and multiple roles at Barclays Investment Bank, such as COO for Legal and Global Program Manager. Will's career began at BP - Integrated Supply & Trading, where several roles were undertaken, including Commercial Operations Manager. Will holds an MEng in Electrical & Electronic Engineering with German from the University of Nottingham and has also studied Elektrotechnik at the Technische Universität Ilmenau. A Levels in Maths, Physics, and German were completed at Hills Road Sixth Form in Cambridge.
