Caroline Walsh

Caroline Walsh is an experienced professional in customer success management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Kantata since May 2022. Prior to this role, Caroline was with Kimble Applications from January 2019 to May 2023, progressing from Customer Success Manager to Senior Customer Success Manager. Earlier in Caroline's career, a tenure at Ofsted spanned from December 2010 to December 2018, during which time responsibilities included Service Delivery Manager and Service Transition Manager.
