Chris Newland

Head of SX Content Design at Kantata

Chris Newland has extensive work experience in content design and customer education consulting. From 2017 to the present, Chris has been working at Kantata as the Head of SX Content Design, where they create and maintain content to support internal and external users of the Kimble Professional Services Automation solution. This includes producing knowledgebase articles, in-app help, webinars, and in-person training events. Chris utilizes various online tools such as Pardot, Zendesk GoToWebinar, Eventbrite, SharePoint, YouTube, Vimeo, and Trello.

They also played a key role in the implementation of Salesforce ServiceCloud and the development of Thomson Reuters' LMS offering.

Chris Newland completed their undergraduate education from 2004 to 2007 at the University of Sussex, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with Second Class Honors in History & Politics. Additionally, in March 2023, Chris obtained a certification in Foundations of Performance Management from LinkedIn.
