Gina leads the Human Resources and People organizations, striving to write and tell “good news stories” and is respected as an approachable, collaborative leader with a strong drive for results, service-orientation and a passion for developing people.
Gina is proactive, courageous and agile in anticipating, developing and introducing both strategic and tactical HR plans and programs to accomplish the company’s mission, enhance its culture and drive engagement.
Prior to her current role, Gina has more than 17 years of progressive expertise implementing and leading talent management processes at Fortune 100 companies, such as Ingram Micro and Fluor Corporation. With an MBA from the University of Kansas, she credits her calm demeanor to her anchor in Midwest values. As an accomplished leader and mother of 4 teenagers, Gina produces meaningful improvements and focuses on what they can do and uses a blend of strength and warmth to light and lead the way.
