James Drummond

James Drummond has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. James began their career as a Leadership, Experience and Development Program (LEAD) Participant at McDonald's Australia, where they worked on a business brief to revitalize the safety platform within the restaurants. During this time, they developed skills in project coordination, business model research, leadership development, and market research.

After their time at McDonald's, James worked as a Human Resources Administrator at Technicolor and later at the University of Roehampton, where they also served as a Human Resources Advisor. In these roles, they gained experience in HR administration and advising.

James then transitioned to the business development field, starting as a Business Development Executive at Tempo, followed by a role as a Business Development Representative at Kantata. Currently, they hold the position of Manager, Business Development - EMEA at Kantata.

Additionally, James is a member of RevGenius, a professional community.

James Drummond completed a Diploma in Sales Management at Asean Online Education AOE in 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business (Human Resource Management) and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychological Science from Flinders University, where they studied from 2016 to 2019. In 2018, James also received a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management from McDonald's. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, such as the Mavenlink BDR Methodology Certification from Mavenlink in February 2022, the RG146 Teir 2 Advice Accreditation from Deakin University in July 2019, and certification in Provide First Aid and CPR from CBD College in December 2018.
