Jason Wrigglesworth has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Jason began their career as a Retail Colleague at Sainsbury's in 2004 and progressed to become a Team Leader, managing daily operations and ensuring compliance. In 2012, they transitioned to IT support, serving as a 1st/2nd Line Support IT Analyst at Sainsbury's, resolving IT issues and coordinating incident responses. Jason then shifted to a role as a 2nd/3rd line Application Support Analyst, providing support for Retalix Front-end POS Software and Petrol Stations.
In 2015, Wrigglesworth joined MetaPack Group as a 2nd Line Customer Support Engineer, supporting a SAAS platform and multiple carrier integrations for retail companies worldwide. Jason later became an Information Technology Support Team Lead at MetaPack Group, managing a team of 2nd line support engineers and overseeing carrier integration and label services.
Since 2018, Wrigglesworth has been working at Kantata as a Senior Application Support Engineer, focusing on supporting customers, partners, and internal users of a Salesforce-based PSA company. In this role, they provide 3rd line application support, trains and guides the team, and handles high-priority issues and SLA tickets. Currently, they hold the position of a Support Escalation Developer at Kantata.
Jason Wrigglesworth's education history begins in 1995 when they attended The Douay Martyrs School. Jason completed their GCSE degree there in 2000. Later, from 2002 to 2004, they attended Uxbridge College and obtained a BTEC National Diploma in Information Technology Practitioners.
