Michelle Walker has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Michelle started their career as an Agent/Broker at First Properties of the Carolinas from October 2000 to May 2008. Following that, they worked as a Recruiter at TalentBridge from March 2008 to November 2012, where they focused on providing contract workforce for various clients and managed the entire recruitment process. Michelle then transitioned into the role of a Senior Technical Recruiter at RCS Corporation from December 2012 to June 2016. During this time, they collaborated with clients and candidates to find suitable placements and conducted reference checks.
In June 2016, Michelle joined SumTotal Systems, LLC as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, they built strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction by tracking metrics such as NPS scores, retention, and revenue. Michelle also led sales and client-relationship management, identified new markets and trends, proposed strategic partnerships, and developed proposals and plans to meet business needs.
From December 2020 to November 2021, Michelle served as a Customer Success Manager at CrossBorder Solutions. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Success Manager III at Kantata, starting in November 2021. There, they are responsible for utilizing Kimble, a cloud-based Professional Services Automation solution, to streamline business processes, drive cost efficiencies, and support growth within services companies.

Michelle also holds an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Keystone College. Furthermore, Michelle has a Bachelor's Degree (BA) in Business Administration from Trinity College.
