Olufemi Otesile

Olufemi Otesile has a diverse work experience. Olufemi started their career in 2007 as a Web Developer and Analyst at Brickfield Road Associates Limited. Their responsibilities included web development using JAVA/J2EE, Struts framework, MS SQL Server, Eclipse, Apache Tomcat, and SVN. Olufemi also worked as a database designer and developer. In 2011, they joined Kantata as a Senior Salesforce Engineer. Later that year, they worked at gusto design as a Web and Database Developer, where they added a quoting and ordering web facility to the company's website using technologies such as OO PHP, MYSQL, and JavaScript (JQuery).

Olufemi Otesile's education history begins with their enrollment at the National Institute of Information Technology in 2004, where they specialized in Software Engineering and obtained a HND Information Technology degree, which was completed in 2006. They then pursued a Bsc in Computer Systems Engineering at the University of Sunderland from 2008 to 2009, focusing on Project Management, Internet software architectures, and Software Engineering. Following that, Olufemi Otesile attended the University of St Andrews in 2009 and 2010, earning a Msc degree in Advanced Computer Science. The areas of study within this degree encompassed Software Engineering, AI, Web Technologies, Distributed, and Networked Systems.

Additionally, Olufemi Otesile has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2018, they completed courses in Advanced iOS Development: Working with APIs, Android App Development: Data Persistence Libraries, Android App Development: Design Patterns for Mobile Architecture, and iOS App Development: Design Patterns for Mobile Architecture through LinkedIn. They also achieved certifications in Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II in 2021 and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I in 2020. Furthermore, Olufemi Otesile obtained a BCS Certificate in Systems Modelling Techniques from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in December 2022.
