Roger Blanchard

Roger Blanchard has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and positions. Roger currently holds the role of Senior Director, Solution Engineering at Kantata since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Kimble Applications from 2016 to 2021, taking on different positions including VP, Global Solution Engineering, Director, Solution Engineering, Senior Solutions Engineer, and Solutions Engineer. Before Kimble Applications, Roger worked at NetCracker as an Associate Sales Engineer/ Business Analyst from 2015 to 2016. Roger also had internships at NetCracker as a Sales Engineer Intern in 2014. Their earlier work experience includes positions at Worcester Polytechnic Institute as a Student from 2011 to 2015 and as a Control Desk Employee, as well as at Scott's Pool Service as a Skilled Laborer from 2009 to 2013, and at Wright's Farm as a Bus Boy from 2008 to 2011.

Roger Blanchard completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In 2019, they attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology for the Greater Boston Executive Leadership Program, specializing in Organizational Leadership.
