Shen Chang has a diverse work experience in the field of user experience research and product operations. Shen currently works at Kantata as the Director of Product Operations and Research, a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to this, they were the Head of Product Research at Kantata from August 2018 to July 2022.
Before joining Kantata, Shen worked at Ten-X as a Senior Manager of User Experience Research from June 2016 to May 2018, and briefly as the Lead User Experience Researcher from April to June 2016.
