Stephanie Trevett has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Stephanie started their career as a Customer Service Officer at ASB Bank in 2014, where they provided excellent service to customers. Stephanie then transitioned to a role as a Personal Banker at ASB Bank in 2015, where they focused on building strong customer relationships and assisting with various banking needs. In 2016, they were promoted to Assistant Branch Manager, further developing their skills in leadership and customer service.

In 2020, Stephanie joined Burke & Breed lawn and property maintenance as a Business Development Manager, where they successfully contributed to growing the business. Stephanie then moved on to Sedgwick in 2021, taking on the role of Customer Service Manager. In this position, Stephanie led an international team, set performance goals, and implemented strategies to improve customer and employee satisfaction.

Stephanie joined Contentive in 2021 as a Customer Success Manager and quickly progressed to become a Senior Customer Success Manager. In this role, they managed a large portfolio of campaigns and clients, building strong relationships and achieving high renewal rates. Their responsibilities included providing guidance and support to customers, handling escalations, and resolving challenges to enhance the overall customer experience.

Currently, Stephanie works at Kantata as a Customer Success Manager, leveraging their expertise to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

Stephanie Trevett obtained their Executive Leadership certification from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Sociology and Criminology from The University of Auckland. Before their university studies, Stephanie completed NCEA Level 1, 2, and 3 at Westlake Girls High School from 2006 to 2010.
