Jesper Ejenstam is currently the VP and Head of R&D at Kanthal, where they previously served as a Senior Research Engineer, playing roles as an innovation strategist, project manager, researcher, PhD supervisor, and podcast host. Jesper co-founded LeadCold Reactors and has been a materials specialist since 2013. Their research background includes working as a researcher at KTH in Stockholm, focusing on the development of steels and embrittlement resistant alloys for high-temperature corrosive environments. Jesper holds a Master of Science in Materials Science from Uppsala University and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from KTH.
