Miriam Alva Gonzales has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Miriam served as the Head of CX and HR at Kanto starting from August 2018. Miriam then worked as a Consultant for personnel selection at Enseña Perú from September to October 2022. Previously, Miriam was the Volunteer Coordinator at Higia Psicología from January 2021 to October 2022 and also served as the Regional Leader for Lima East at Viva la Independencia from December 2020 to October 2022. Miriam Alva Gonzales has a diverse education history. In 2016, they began studying English at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and continued until 2018. In 2017, they enrolled as a psychology student at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. In 2021, Miriam pursued additional studies at Imperial College London, completing a degree in Healthcare Entrepreneurship and another in Healthcare Innovation, both focused on Public Health. Additionally, they completed a course titled "A Guide to Healthcare Innovation" at Imperial College London in the same year. Looking ahead, Miriam plans to study Portuguese at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, starting in 2023.
