Kyle Jacoby

Kyle Jacoby's work experience includes a role as Vice President of Clinical Research at Kanvas Biosciences starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as Vice President of Research at Federation Bio from 2022 to 2023, leading a team of scientists and engineers in microbiology, synthetic biology, immuno-oncology, and data science. Before that, they had various roles at PACT Pharma from 2017 to 2022, including Senior Director, Director, Associate Director, and Principal Investigator. Kyle also worked as a Research Scientist IV at Seattle Children's from 2013 to 2017. Kyle'searlier experience includes being a Doctoral Student and Doctoral Rotation Student at the University of Washington from 2008 to 2013, a Computer Specialist as an independent consultant from 1999 to 2009, and a Student Researcher and CLAS Chemistry Instructor at UC Santa Barbara from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, they worked as a Gymnastics Instructor at Gymnastics Olympica, USA in 2003.

Kyle Jacoby received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biology, General from UC Santa Barbara in 2008. Kyle then pursued further education at the University of Washington, where they obtained a Certificate in Molecular Medicine in 2012. Kyle later completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Molecular and Cellular Biology at the University of Washington in 2013.
