Dinah Rose Marron

Dinah Rose Marron is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in transformation services, technology innovation, and change management, primarily at Kao Corporation since December 2011. Currently serving as Sr. Director Transformation, New Tech Innovation & Front Office Technology, Dinah has successfully led initiatives such as the New Tech Innovation Fund Pitch Competition and the establishment of Automation and Change Centers of Excellence. Prior roles include Director of Transformation and Associate Director of Transformation Services, where Dinah implemented strategic projects and enhanced organizational processes. Having begun a career at Arthur Andersen and accumulating over two decades of expertise in project management, data management, and IT governance, Dinah holds a degree in Management Information Systems and Marketing from Ohio University.
