Robin O'Connor

Robin O'Connor serves as the Vice President, Legal for the ASEAN Region at Kao Singapore Private Limited since August 2025. With a notable tenure at Kao Corporation beginning in August 2006, Robin progressed through various roles including Vice President, Regional Executive Officer, Legal & Governance for ASEAN, as well as Director of the Legal Department for Global Promotion and Manager of Legal & Compliance for ASEAN Countries. Prior experience includes positions as an Attorney at Kao Brands Company and Foreign Attorney at Hashidate Law Office. Educational credentials include a J.D. from Tulane University Law School, an MBA from the University of the People, and a B.A. in Political Science and History from the University at Albany. Early education was completed at the American School in Japan.
