Lauren Schultz

Lauren Schultz, SPHR, serves as the Director of Human Resources at Kapco Metal Stamping, a part of Kacmarcik Enterprises, since August 2016. In this role, Lauren also held positions as HRIS & Analytics Manager, Human Capital Analyst & Employee Engagement Partner, and HR Supervisor. Prior to joining Kapco, Lauren worked at Sentry Equipment Corp as a Human Resources Assistant and held multiple roles including Human Resources Intern at both Wacker Neuson Corporation and Westmoor Country Club. Lauren Schultz holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, completed in 2015.
