Richard Minor is an experienced quality management professional with over 25 years in the industry. Currently serving as the New Product and Quality Manager at Kapco Metal Stamping since March 2011, Richard has honed expertise in product development and quality assurance. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Quality Engineer Supervisor at Polaris Industries from March 1998 to March 2011, where significant contributions to quality initiatives were made. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
