Zaur B. Jalilov

Zaur Jalilov has extensive experience in the telecommunications and banking sectors, currently serving as the Products & Onboarding Tribe Leader, Consumer Experience Tribe Leader, Agile CoE Leader, Agile Transformation Project Manager, and involved in Segments Management at Kapital Bank since September 2018. Prior to this, Zaur Jalilov held various leadership roles at Bakcell from February 2006 to February 2018, including Head of Customer Value Management, where Zaur Jalilov implemented targeted marketing strategies, and launched a churn prediction model. Earlier experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Nebz Medical Center, focusing on marketing communications, and as Data Entry personnel at IFES, where Zaur Jalilov contributed to the creation of a municipality database in Azerbaijan. Zaur Jalilov holds both Bachelor and Master degrees in Accounting and Audit from Azjarbajžan Djuvljat Igtisad Universiteti.
