Pedro Mendonça da Silva

Pedro Mendonça da Silva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and operational management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Kapitale since July 2023, Pedro drives initiatives in tech-driven finance for small and medium enterprises. Previously, from March 2018 to June 2023, Pedro was the Country Manager at Universia Brasil, contributing significantly to the largest university cooperation network worldwide. Earlier roles at Santander Brasil spanned from Human Resources Manager to Specialist, where responsibilities included talent development, organizational effectiveness, and leadership programs. Pedro’s experience also includes foundational roles at the Bank of Boston and Portage Public Schools. An alumnus of several prestigious institutions, Pedro holds a Post Graduation degree in Strategic Management from FIA Business School and certifications in coaching and management.
