David Elkins

David Elkins has extensive work experience in various senior leadership roles. David started their career at Mitchell Madison Group as an Engagement Manager, where they focused on technology, operations, and efficiency. David then joined Silver Oak Solutions as a Vice President, responsible for sales and leadership. After that, they worked at CGI as a Director, where they successfully completed efficiency projects and generated significant revenue from consulting engagements.

David then joined Bayview Asset Management (formerly Bayview Financial) as a Vice President (VP) of Special Projects, where they conducted a review of real estate processes and made recommendations for improvement. David later became a Senior Vice President (SVP) of Administration at the company, focusing on integrating loan origination platforms and improving overall efficiency.

Following their time at Bayview, David joined Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC as a Managing Director of Operations. In this role, they led a large team, managed a significant loan portfolio, and oversaw customer service, collections, employee training, and marketing.

Most recently, David has been working at Kaplan Higher Education and Kaplan North America as a Senior Vice President of Operations. David is accountable for P&L results, sales extensions, and managing strategic corporate partnerships.

Throughout their career, David has demonstrated strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and a track record of generating revenue and achieving cost savings.

David Elkins completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Literature from the University of Virginia, attending from 1984 to 1988. David then pursued a Doctor of Law - JD degree at Boston College Law School, where they studied from 1988 to 1991. Prior to their tertiary education, David attended Ransom Everglades from 1981 to 1984, though no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained Situational Leadership training from The Ken Blanchard Companies in 2016 and Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certification from Bayview Asset Management, LLC in 2013.
