Nubia C. has extensive experience in higher education and management, currently serving as Student Accounts Manager and previously as Financial Aid Manager-Processing at Kaplan Higher Education since October 2017. Prior roles at Kaplan University included Financial Aid Manager and Operations Manager of Student Accounts, where Nubia led teams to enhance financial aid processes and operational procedures for online students. Prior to Kaplan, Nubia was an Administrative Manager at LAND Industries, overseeing multiple factories in Colombia and significantly improving productivity and profitability. Nubia holds an MBA from Kaplan University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the Autonomous University of Bucaramanga.
