Roberto Rubin has a diverse and extensive work history. Starting in 1990, they worked as a Project Manager at Chicago Bridge & Iron (CBI) until 1994. From 1995 to 1996, they served as a Financial Analyst at Cott Beverages. Roberto then moved on to become the Manager of Treasury, Credits & Collections at Nabisco del Peru from 1996 to 1998. Following this, they were chosen for the Finance Leadership Development Program at Motorola Inc, where they rotated through various finance roles within the organization. From 2000 to 2003, they held the positions of Manager of Financial Analysis - Networks Service Business and Manager of Financial Analysis - Networks Sales Support at Motorola. From 2004 to 2005, they served as the Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at Motorola Inc. Roberto then took on the role of Finance Manager - iDEN Handset R&D from 2005 to 2006. From 2006 to 2008, they were the Senior Manager - Business Operations at Motorola, and from 2008 to the present, they have been the Director of Finance - Student Acquisition at Kaplan Higher Education. Throughout their career, Rubin has gained experience in financial planning and analysis, project management, and leadership development.

Roberto Rubin pursued their education in several institutions. Roberto began their academic journey at Carmelitas, where the specific degree and field of study remain unknown. Later, they attended Texas Tech University between 1984 and 1989, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering.
