Joseph Ng'Ang'Ira

Joseph Ng'ang'ira is an experienced legal professional specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Competition Law, and various sectors including Capital Markets, Energy, Insurance, and Telecommunications. Currently serving as a Partner and Co-Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Kaplan & Stratton Advocates since January 2017, Joseph has previously held positions at prominent institutions such as Standard Chartered Bank UK as a Secondee, Gowling WLG UK as a Senior Associate, and Daly & Figgis, Advocates where roles included Partner and Senior Associate. Joseph obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and holds a Certified Public Secretary designation from the Kenya Accountants and Secretaries Board, along with a Bachelor of Law degree from Moi University.
