Charlotte Bois-Pursey

Charlotte Bois-Pursey is an experienced legal educator and practitioner with a background in wills, probate, and trusts law. Currently serving as SQE2 Senior Subject Head for Wills, Probate and Administration of Estates at Kaplan since April 2023, Charlotte previously held multiple roles at BPP Law School from January 2015 to April 2023, including Module Leader for Trusts Law and LLB, and Senior Module Leader. Additional experience includes serving as Board Secretary for We Are Family Adoption from March 2020 to March 2022, and working as a lawyer in the Personal Tax Advisory Team at HM Revenue & Customs from July 2013 to January 2015. Earlier in career, Charlotte trained and worked as a Tax Associate at Clifford Chance LLP, gaining experience in various legal sectors including Real Estate Finance and Litigation. Education was completed at the University of Cambridge.
