Cristina Hines

Cristina Hines is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in IT governance and program management. Currently serving as the Director of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) at Kaplan since February 2010, Cristina has successfully managed large IT projects across diverse areas, including Financial Aid Platforms and IT compliance. Prior roles at Kaplan include Senior Project Manager and Project Manager within the PMO, where responsibilities involved developing and monitoring PMO policies, managing project portfolios, and implementing methodologies like Scrum. Prior to Kaplan, Cristina worked at NationsHealth in various capacities, including Project Manager, where significant contributions were made in software development and IT process audits. Holding an MBA from the University of Florida, along with a BA in History, Cristina combines strong educational credentials with a proven track record in advancing organizational effectiveness through strategic project management.
