Kim Ouellette serves as the Executive Director of Global Marketing at Kaplan since 2013, overseeing initiatives to enhance and unify Kaplan's brand across various platforms while also focusing on customer experience. Ouellette previously held the position of Director of Marketing & Student Operations for the Kaplan DREAMers Education Initiative, leading marketing operations for the program. Before that, Ouellette was the Director of Product Development, shaping the product roadmap for the KNEXT venture after completing an 18-month Leadership Development Program. Additional experience includes internships at CECP and positions at Canon USA and Enterprise Rent-A-Car, along with serving as a Corps Member for Teach For America. Ouellette holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a B.S. in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University.
