Kaplan
Kimberly Philip is an Assistant Public Defender at Albany County Public Defender since February 2024, and currently serves as the Director of Legal Education at Kaplan since July 2021. Previously, Kimberly held the position of Associate Counsel at CDPHP from September 2022 to January 2024, and worked as an Attorney at Mills Law Group from July 2021 to March 2022. Earlier experience includes roles as an Associate Attorney at Hinman Straub P.C. from May 2019 to July 2021, and various legal internships. Kimberly obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) from Albany Law School between 2017 and 2020 and further enhanced legal education with a Master of Jurisprudence (MJ) in Health Law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2014. Kimberly also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Art from SUNY Oneonta.
