Melanie McLain serves as the Student Success Manager at Kaplan since October 2023. Prior to this role, Melanie worked at ITAC Solutions as an Accounting & Finance Recruiter from September 2021 to October 2023. Melanie's extensive experience at the University of South Alabama spanned over 19 years, where roles included Assistant Director of Admissions, Instructor for Freshman Year Experience Student Success, and various positions in academic advising and records management. Melanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication and a Master's degree in Instructional Design & Development / Human Performance Improvement, both from the University of South Alabama.
