Jessica Silva Smith has over 17 years of experience in various HR roles. Jessica most recently served as the Head of Human Resources Mexico & Caribe at Kapsch Group. Prior to that, they were the LatAm People Operations Manager at Solera, Inc. and an HR Manager at Old Navy. Jessica also held roles at MetLife, Herman Miller, Ford Motor Company, Chevez, Ruiz, Zamarripa y Cia., S.C., Banamex, and Gillette (Procter and Gamble). Jessica's expertise lies in areas such as HR business partner management, talent development, and human resources coordination.

Jessica Silva Smith completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus in Marketing from Universidad Iberoamericana in Ciudad de México, from 2000 to 2005. In 2015, they obtained a diploma in Strategic Human Resources Management from Universidad Panamericana. In 2023, they pursued further education at Universidad Iberoamericana, acquiring an International Certification in Organizational Coaching and another International Certification in Coaching and Mentoring, both with a specialization in Human Resources Management.
