David Garzon

David Garzon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry. As Managing Director and Training Director at KAPTA SAS since May 2010, David has been responsible for developing the Training Department and delivering training and consulting programs across multiple regions including North America, South America, the Caribbean, and Europe. Concurrently serving as a Business Consultant for automotive companies since January 2013, David specializes in international business development and cross-border expansion in Latin America and the Caribbean. Previous roles include Marketing Consultant for Volkswagen, where David contributed to defining customer vehicle ownership lifecycles, and Technical Trainer and Technical Support Engineer at Autogermana S.A., where David led the Technical Department. Additionally, David has experience in education as a Physics teacher at Colegio San Carlos. David holds an MBA from Purdue University and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes.
