Caine Marshall

Caine Marshall has a diverse work experience in the field of Salesforce and project management. Caine started their career as a Sales Consultant at Rocky Mountaineer in June 2016 and transitioned to the role of Salesforce Administrator in December 2017. From November 2018 to October 2020, they served as a Salesforce Specialist and later became the Manager of Salesforce Delivery in September 2020. In August 2021, Caine joined Bubblebox® as a Technical Project Manager. Currently, they are employed at Kaptio, where they hold the position of Implementation Consultant and Onboarding Specialist, starting from June 2023.

Caine Marshall attended the University of Leeds from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. In terms of additional certifications, Caine has achieved several Salesforce certifications. Caine became a Certified Salesforce Administrator in March 2018, then obtained the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification in April 2019. Caine further enhanced their Salesforce knowledge by obtaining the Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant certification in September 2021 and the Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification in December 2022.
