Kristen Trout

Kristen Trout's work experience begins in 2010 with a marketing internship at Tikijian Associates. In 2011, they worked as a legal intern (in-house counsel) at ProLiance Energy. Starting in 2012, Trout worked as a summer associate at Krieg DeVault LLP for a few months before becoming an associate at the same company in 2013. In 2016, they joined KAR Global as an associate corporate counsel and later progressed to become the director of legal, PAR North America in 2016. Kristen then transitioned to the role of corporate counsel in 2018 before being appointed as the vice president of corporate & securities counsel in September 2019, a position they currently hold.

Kristen Trout obtained their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with magna cum laude distinction from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at Jacksonville University from 2006 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with summa cum laude honors in Marketing and Management.
