Sibel Yildiz

Sibel Yildiz currently serves as the Director of Product Development at Karaca, overseeing the Decorative Products and Cosmetics category since August 2022, after previously holding the position of Product Development Manager for the Tableware and Kitchen categories. Prior experience includes working as a Buying Manager at Zorlu Holding from January 2016 to November 2021, where Sibel managed the buying operations for home textile products and established the company's first business in Egypt and Morocco. Sibel also held roles at LC Waikiki as a Buyer and Merchandiser from May 2010 to May 2015, where responsibilities included seasonal budget management and supplier negotiations. Earlier experience includes internships at Marks and Spencer and Orka Group. Sibel holds a degree in Textile Technologies and Design Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and two Master of Business Administration degrees from Bahcesehir University.
