Saad Sarfraz

Saad Sarfraz is an experienced professional in the fields of development finance, research, and project consulting. Currently serving as an Analyst for DFS Adoption & Continuous Improvement and Research & Insights at Karandaaz Pakistan since September 2021, Saad has also held roles as a Consultant for Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning and provided Short Term Technical Assistance. Additionally, Saad worked as a Project Consultant for UNDP from January 2023 to July 2023 and was an Associate Partner at dev~consult for a year. Saad's early career includes an internship at the Pakistan Institute of Parliamentary Services in 2016. Academically, Saad holds a Master of Science in Global Political Economy from the University of the West of England (2019-2020) and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management from the University of London (2017-2019).
