Alice Wang

Alice Wang is an experienced financial professional currently serving as the Head of Operations at Karat Financial since April 2025. Prior to this role, Alice held the position of Senior Director of Finance at Astrana Health for a brief period in late 2024. From December 2021 to November 2024, Alice was the Vice President of Operations & Finance at FreshCut, and previously served in Strategic Finance at Skylar from October 2020 to December 2021. Alice's career began at Moelis & Company, where responsibilities included investment banking focusing on mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and restructuring from July 2016 to October 2020. Alice holds a B.A. in Political Economy and a minor in Asian American Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and was educated at St. Michaels University School.
