Mia Reynolds has worked in various roles since 2004. Mia began their career as an Associate Manager at Regal Entertainment Group in 2004. In 2007, they became a Supervisor at Starbucks. In 2012, they joined Chase as a Teller and later became a Lead Teller & Operations Specialist. In 2015, they began working at Ally as a Loan Processor and Resolution Specialist. In 2018, they joined Happy Money as a Verification Specialist and worked their way up to Team Lead - Approval Verifications, Team Manager - Verifications, and Verifications Manager - Operations. Currently, Mia Reynolds is a Senior Operations Manager at Karat Financial.

Mia Reynolds earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS in Fashion Merchandising & Marketing from FIDM between 2004 and 2006. In February 2022, they obtained a certification in Foundations of Project Management from Coursera. In March 2022, they obtained a certification in Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project from Coursera.
