Norma Arias boasts extensive experience in warehouse operations, account management, and customer service, primarily at Karat® by Lollicup™ since June 2018, where roles include Warehouse Administrative Assistant Manager and Key Account Relations Supervisor. Prior experience includes a supervisory role in field sales and general operations at Amazonas Latin Food Imports Inc / VINI Imports Co Inc., and ownership of NARIAS BOUTIQUE. Norma has also held managerial positions in the beauty industry, overseeing significant sales forces at Armand Dupree and Avon Products Inc. Education includes studies at Northwest College and Pasadena City College.
